Name a TV series that I do not remember?
There was this TV series that aired from 1999 to 2004 everywhere, which was short-lived. At this family of sisters, I believe, and one sister had a mental disability. I do not remember many details. I know that in an episode of the sister with mental illness went to the movies with a guy and one of them has their piggy banks to pay for movie tickets. And then there was the Halloween episode where one of the other sisters dressed as a witch, I think, and went to a costume party, and a man a mask and kissed her, but she did not know who he was. It drives me crazy that I do not know the name of this series, if please help?
